Facilitated by Jan Winhall and co-led by Jon Herberman, Jeffrey Halliday and Jessica Zormann. This group will run on our new winter schedule on Tuesday and Sundays. We will address trauma using Jan Winhall's Felt Sense Experience Model of Emotional Regulation. We all experience some form of trauma over our lifetime. We will explore the nature of trauma through readings, Focusing practice and sharing in a safe environment. We will learn how to use Focusing skills to help manage the intensity of feeling states.
