Exploring the 6 Steps: Registered course (new!)

In this 8-week course group members have an opportunity to deepen their Focusing practice through the 6 steps. With each step we work to welcome what comes, maintaining a friendly attitude of curiosity and compassion. Evenings will be spent developing the practice of Clearing space, finding a Felt Sense, getting a Handle, Resonating, Asking, and Receiving.

This course is suitable for both beginner and experienced Focusers, and will be co-facilitated by Jan Winhall, Ann Dowsett Johnston, and Focusing On Borden Trainers
